Reservations are to be made directly with Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center. A minimum deposit of $35.00 per person is required when reservation is made. Reservations are not confirmed until deposit is received. If deposits are not received, rooms will be released. In order to cancel a confirmed reservation, a cancellation request must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of the deposit less a $15.00 per person processing fee. Deposits are on an individual basis; for group or family reservations in which the individuals do not attend, the deposit will not be refunded or allowed to apply against charges for those who come. Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and soon will accept American Express.

We have contracted for 75 rooms, but these rooms need to be booked by May 10. At that time, if rooms are not booked, Liberty Fellowship will be held responsible for the cost of the room deposit per room that is not booked. That could be a large unnecessary cost, so on May 1, we will have to allow them to release rooms. You may still be able to book a room after that date, but there is no guarantee of that or whether you would be able to get a room in our facility. In addition to making your reservations, send the enclosed registration form along with fee to the Liberty Fellowship office.
